A graduate of Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, Coşkuner has over 17 years of international experience in the energy sector. Today, he continues his work in the sector with great success through North Energy Solution ApS, the company he founded in Denmark.
Efe Coşkuner, who has been serving as the president of the Denmark Turkey Business Association since February 2025, is also one of the founding members of the association. With his visionary approach to strengthening economic and cultural ties between the two countries, he has made significant contributions to the development of the association.

Nurdan Catalkaya grew up in the Jylland region of Denmark and completed her law degree in Copenhagen. After completing her education, she worked at the tax office (Skatteforvaltningen) for two years, followed by three years at SIRI (Styrelsen for international rekrutering og intergration).
With her in-depth knowledge and experience in immigration law, she now runs her own law firm based in Copenhagen – NMD Law Group ApS. Through her firm, she provides professional support to foreigners in Denmark on issues such as residence and work permits, family reunification and permanent residence permits.

Uğur İpek was born in Nevşehir in 1975. He graduated from Roskilde University with a degree in economics. He has many years of experience in finance, accounting and trade. Since 2011, he has successfully managed his own accounting and consulting firm, specialising in financial restructuring, investment strategies and tax planning, particularly for SMEs.
Since February 2025, he has been working as the Investment and Financial Cooperation Officer at the Denmark Turkey Business Association. He plays an active role in projects aimed at strengthening economic relations between Turkey and Denmark, providing strategic contributions to the association in the areas of developing financial cooperation, joint ventures, and evaluating international investment opportunities.

Soner Hakkı Çoruh was born in Istanbul in 1989. He is originally from Trabzon. He graduated from Istanbul Kültür University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2007. He also holds a master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Işık University. In 2012, he co-founded CRH Yapı Mimarlık with his brother Koray Çoruh, an architect, and has been active in the construction sector in Istanbul. In early 2024, Çoruh moved to Denmark with his family, where he continues to import construction materials from Turkey to Denmark through the company MELSK ApS. Since February 2025, he has served on the board of directors as the Member Relations and Development Officer at DTBA. He is also one of the founding members of the association.
